It depends on what you order,where you are and what shipping methods.You can cancel your order within 24 hours if the package not be shipped out.If order was shipped out,we don't accpet to cancel the order and you can return it to us after you received it acording to our refund policy.

This can be due to weather, or other unforeseen events in your region. These events are completely out of our control. We are not responsible for late packages due to weather issues, customs delays, acts of terrorism, etc. If returned these items will be subject to our standard return/exchange policies.Thanks for your understanding.

US in-stock orders will be shipped from our california,US warehouse.

Processing

Our processing time is vary by product.For most products,our current processing time is approx 5-7 days(Or we will shipped out before this time).This allows our team to create a quality gown for your studio.Pls plan  accordingly.
