Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
What items ARE eligible for a return or exchange?
- All standard Women’s Gowns,Dresses,Jumpsuit
- Items must be in original condition,Unwashed and unwore(please be mindful of pet hair,strong semlls,smoke,deodorant and make up when trying on gowns as these can make your item ineligible for return or exchange)
- Request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery date
Damages and issues
.Buyer must sumbit a return request within 24 hours if here is a problem with the product.
.Email photos of the damage or incorrect item inmmediately to info@saslaxmaternity.com with the order number in the subject line.
What items are NOT eligible for return or exchange
- Bodysuits
- Discounted/Damaged/Clearance items purchased at discount
- Items that have been worn/damaged
- Items outside of the 30 day delivery date
- Items that arrived damaged/incorrect outside of the 24 hour notification period

Exchanges
- Can exchange the others same value style with different color and size
- Standard processing time for exchange is 7 business days from the date the return arrives at our warehouse
Charges for return or exchange
- NO CHARGE for items returned
- NO CHARGE for exchanges
- Original shipping charges and rush fees are non-refundable
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges
To start a return, you can contact us at info@saslaxmaternity.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll instruction on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
